Cauli; beetroot base, miso roasted cauliflower, dukkha, fresh pomegranate + SD Toast  [V]

Aubergine; Labneh base; grilled aubergine, dukkha, fresh pomegranate, mint + SD Toast  [VE]

Halloumi; Beetroot borani base; fried halloumi, dukkha, fresh pomegranate, mint + SD Toast  [V]

kimchi benny

pan fried chard, house made kimchi, poached egg, pink pickled onions topped with a sriracha hollandaise freckled in sesame seeds on sourdough with either:

oyster mushrooms [V] – halloumi [V] – prosciutto - mackerel 

flat breads

summer on a plate; vibrant red pepper hummus, fresh dokos salsa, piquillo peppers and drizzled with pumpkin seed chili oil- choose your protein: halloumi[V] or prosciutto

green shakshuka
